Finding the best sushi in Springfield has been no easy task. I have frequented this swanky little establishment on many a date – either with my S/O, my daughter or a girlfriend, and I have to say their sushi is great! My personal favorite is their tuna carpaccio, but they also have a killer OhMyGod Roll for those who prefer sushi over sashimi!

This cozy little restaurant is great if you are looking for a more private atmosphere to enjoy with your company. It’s quiet and they have little private “nooks” where it becomes difficult to listen in on other patron’s conversations. They have a very nice lobster roll, and their sashimi is fantastic too!

Kobe Hibachi Grill holds a very special place in my heart. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he is a doll. Their sushi is triple A grade and while they don’t cook in front of you, they do serve hibachi in their quaint little restaurant. The prices are fantastic, the space is clean and personable, and the amount of quality food you get is wonderful!

This is a fun little restaurant to visit. Quiet, cosy and every time I go there it seems we are getting a free appetizer or dessert. The staff is friendly and cordial, and their sush and sash are fantastic!
