Have you heard of the Trolley Bike? It’s a cool little portable bike where you and your friends can sip the afternoon or evening away, taking in the downtown sights with a designated driver. And not only have they moved their home to the Lost Signal Brewing Company, but they are throwing a housewarming party out on the patio! The best part, it is THIS Friday!
With all the fun things to do in Springfield, the trolley bike is definitely at the top of the list. You can get boozy with your buds and get an awesome bike tour with one of their designated conductors. Whether you are looking to host a bachelorette party, fun with friends, a girls’ night out, or just want to try something new for date night, I would highly recommend checking them out.

I Wanna Book a Trolley Bike Tour – What Should I Bring?
No glass or kegs allowed, but you can bring beer in cans or aluminum bottles, cardbourdeaux (a fancy name for box wine), non-alcoholic drinks (that’s no fun), and snacks. If you don’t feel like packing anything, Lost Signal Brewing Company can pack you some goodies – click here to find out what one of their “growlers” are.
- Book in ADVANCE.
The trolley bike is very popular and tops the list of fun things to do in Springfield, Mo., so be sure to book in advance. Also, regardless the size of your group there should be a designated paymaster… so sort it out, people!
- Be 21 or over AND bring your I.D.
This is a given – adults only please, and remember to bring your I.D.!
- Be On Time!
Your tour isn’t extended just because you show up a little late… in fact, show up a few minutes early so your party can be ready to go at your scheduled departure time.
- The ideal number of peeps is between 8 to 14!
Get your party on with between 8 to 14 of your pals. This helps ensure maximum pedal power…you didn’t think the conductor was doing all the work on his/her own, did you?
- Wear appropriate clothing.
You will be pedaling, there may be weather conditions, so dress accordingly. I know we all wanna show off that new little black dress we just bought at our favorite boutique shop, but save it for the next Ladies’ Night Out – you will be pedaling, and your tour isn’t automatically canceled because it is raining outside. Get yo’ sneaks on!
- No…you can’t drive le Trolley Bike.
This is for you and your friends’ safety…especially if you tossed back a growler or two.
We hope to see you at the Trolley Bike’s Housewarming Party! Stay safe Springfield, Mo!
