There is nothing quite like a bit of wine, a bit of romantic ambiance and a thoughtfully made charcuterie board… It is bliss – they even have charcuterie boards which pair well with beer!
I know I know, there are some out there who do not think much of a delightful charcuterie board: “It’s just cheese and crackers!” they say…but they are wrong. Celine and I had one of our Branson Adventures at St. James Winery, and their charcuterie was one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. They had candied pecans as part of their selection…CANDIED PECANS!! It was a lovely break from the usual green or purple grapes which accompany most charcuterie boards.
But let’s get real – I am not in Branson every day and unless you live or work there, you probably aren’t either. Which is why we put our heads together and came up with some of Springfield’s most notable and best restaurants which serve charcuterie boards… Whether you are looking for a nice place to have a date night, or simply a different thing to do in Springfield, Mo., we gotcha covered, Springfield!
