I don’t care who you are, it’s always a good time to throw something on the grill – this comes from my brother-in-law who stayed just outside of Seattle for several years and, regardless whether it was rain, sleet or snow, would often grill in his backyard.
Residing in Springfield, MO. and experiencing the erratic weather here, I am of the opinion that knowing how to grill and grilling often is a wonderful affair for friends, families, or to do solo! And after encountering 70-degree temperatures in the winter, and below freezing in the spring, I believe having the skill of BBQing and grilling should be a staple skill to mid-westerners.
But what do you do if you have never grilled before? How exactly do you learn how to cook ribs, chicken wings, or burgers on a grill if it’s your first time? I happen to find one such place which teaches beginners how to master their grill via lessons and classes…and I am eager to find out how to grill the perfect brisket.
